Orders

Orders can be placed with Wired R/C by two methods

1. Orders can be placed on-line using our shopping cart facilities

Forms of Payment:
Wired R/C uses Paypal  which accepts the  following forms of payment:
* Visa Card
* MasterCard
* Direct Fund Transfer

If you do not have a Paypal account you are still able to use the Paypal credit card features.

Note: Due to their size some plane kits can not be purchased via the shopping cart. If a kit is too large for Australia Post to handle then it can be sent via courier, please e-mail us for a quote. Pick up can be arranged if in the Brisbane area.

2. Orders can be placed by e-mailing us at orders@wiredrc.com.au

Please provide us with the product code and description of the items you are interested in and a delivery address. We will contact you shortly to confirm the order.

Payments accepted for orders via e-mail are:
* Direct Deposit
* Money Orders
* Cheque
 
Please do not send any payment until the order has been confirmed with Wired R/C.

We will provide you with our bank account details for direct deposit once the order has been placed.

Funds must be cleared into the Wired R/C account prior to shipment

Please allow 5 working days for cheque clearance prior to shipment

Shipping

Wired R/C uses Australia Post for its shipping, Express post and Regular Parcel Post Options are available.  Australia Post will not handle any items with dimensions over 105cm in length, therefore some kits are available for pick up only or a courier quote can be provided. Wired R/C will not ship aircraft kits overseas, any kit orders placed to be shipped overseas will be cancelled and the buyer refunded.
